Policies
- Appointments must give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule
- Kiersten reserves the right to reschedule any session due to photographer illness, personal emergency, or inclement weather. If a session cannot be rescheduled due to photographer cancellation, we will refund your paid session fee
- A copyright release form must be filled out before the session
- Once a portrait session fee has been paid, your session fee is non-refundable, as it covers the time scheduled and skills invested by Kiersten Mast up to and through that point.
- We require full payment for digital photos at the end of your ordering session (via invoice, cash, or check). No order will be submitted until paid in full.
- There are no refunds
- Capture Our Life Photography provides digital photos, color corrected & calibrated to print exactly as we see on Kiersten's computer monitor. Any digital photos you see (on our website, social media sites, or that have been provided directly to you) may vary from their intended appearance, depending on your computer's monitor and settings
- Capture Or Life Photography will make every effort to retain your files for up to 6 months from the date of your session
- It is suggested that you backup digital copies of your photographs
- After the session, digital photos will be delivered via email link to an online gallery within 3 weeks of the session date
